HOP JAM 2019 TICKETS
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. Upon scanning of tickets, attendees will have a non-transferrable festival wristband, applied to their wrist by festival staff. All advertised acts have confirmed their performance at The Hop Jam, however acts and performance times are subject to change without notice. Tickets will not be refunded due to Program changes. Everyone entering the venue is subject to search for unauthorized items. A list of prohibited items can be found at The Hop Jam FAQ. Management reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the item, the guest may either be asked to remove the item from the facility, dispose of the item, or risk being ejected from the event area. Confiscated items will be destroyed or given away at management’s discretion. The resale or attempted resale of tickets at a price higher than the sales price on this website will result in the ticket being voided, without refund. Tickets may not be used for any type of advertising, promotion, contests and sweepstakes, or other trade purposes, without the written consent of Management.

The Hop Jam is proud to support the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma through the raffle of a one-of-a-kind custom Hop Guitar, raising funds to feed families in need.
Each year we create a special guitar, styled after our “Hop Guitar” logo. You have the chance to win this unique guitar, and help raise funds to support the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma at the same time.
Tickets are $5 each and there is no limit to the amount that you can purchase, so the more tickets you buy, the more chances you have to win! (See contest rules.)

CONTEST RULES: All entry tickets will have an equal chance of winning. The winner will be randomly chosen in a public drawing from a raffle drum during the festival The winner does not have to be present to win, but must either pick up the guitar with proof of identity if the ticket was purchased online or the ticket stub if the ticket was purchased at the event, or after proof of identity, provide for the delivery of the guitar within 15 days of their selection as the winner, or forfeit the prize.
